Welcome to Validify. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using our website and services. By accessing or using any part of the Validify services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.
- Introduction
These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by Validify (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Validify is a suite of services including email verification, content spam checks, blacklist monitoring, domain/IP health assessments, and deliverability services. These services are provided by iseek.ai, and your use of these services constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
- Definitions
- “Service”: The entire suite of tools, including but not limited to email verification, content spam check, blacklist monitoring, domain/IP health, and deliverability services offered by Validify.
- “User”: Any individual or entity that registers for an account and accesses or uses the Service.
- “Account”: The account created by a User to access the Service.
- “Content”: All information, data, text, files, or other materials uploaded, stored, or transmitted by the User through the Service.
- “Personal Data”: Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
- Eligibility and Account Registration
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
- License and Use of Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Modify, adapt, or hack the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

- Payment Terms
Validify offers both subscription-based and pay-per-use services. Fees are charged based on the selected service plan and usage. All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your account, including any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice provided to you at least 30 days in advance of the new fees taking effect.
- Data Processing and Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, when using the Service.
- User Responsibilities
As a User, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy and legality of all Content you upload to the Service.
- Securing your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service, including data protection and privacy laws.
- Managing your Content and ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit it to the Service.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Validify and its licensors. You are granted no ownership rights in the Service, and your use is subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms.
You retain all rights to your Content; however, you grant Validify a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, use, process, and transmit your Content as necessary to provide the Service.
- Termination and Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. If your account is terminated, your rights to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@validify.ai. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Validify does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Validify and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid to Validify in the last six months.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
- Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and providing notice through email or other means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
